CURRENT VOLUNTEER ROLES AT BATH PRESERVATION TRUST

Title: Guide at No. 1 Royal Crescent
Purpose of Role: To actively welcome visitors and interpret the room to them, balancing the conservation, security, health and safety and customer service elements of the role.
This will appeal to: People who are interested in communicating their excitement about history to the public and are sensitive to the different needs of visitors.

Title: Front of House Volunteers at the Building of Bath Collection
Purpose of Role: To actively welcome visitors to the museum and provide an introduction to the displays. To staff the shop.
This will appeal to: People who are interested in communicating their excitement about history to the public, are sensitive to the different needs of visitors and are willing to work on the shop desk.

Purpose of Role: To actively welcome visitors to the museum and provide an introduction to the displays. To staff the shop.
This will appeal to: People who are interested in communicating their excitement about history to the public (in particular about the life and work of William Beckford), are sensitive to the different needs of visitors and are willing to work on the shop desk.
